Our manufacturing facility is located in Manesar, Haryana.

Are All Cle & Co Products Handmade?

All the products are handmade and handcrafted by experienced master craftsmen.

Does Cle & Co Conform To International Norms?

Yes all our products conforms to International norms. The finishing is lead free. All the products are tested as per international norms and go through a rigorous quality check before they are packed.

Shopping How Will I Know If You Have Received My Order?

During the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your payment has been successfully processed. You will also be given an order confirmation number through an email from Cle & Co.

How Do I Check My Order Status?

You can view your order status at any time once you have placed your order, through My Orders options after logging in to your Cle & Co account on Cle & Co website. We try and dispatch all the orders from our warehouse within three working days.

Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card Online At Cle & Co?

We do not store any card information on our website. Your card information is safe with our payment solution providers – CC Avenue & Razorpay.

Shipping Will I Be Charged For Octroi Or Entry Taxes In Case Of Domestic Shipping?

All of Cle & Co orders are shipped within India from our warehouse in Haryana, India to your provided shipping address. We provide FREE SHIPPING PAN INDIA.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We usually require 2-3 working days to dispatch your order. The order should ideally reach you within 10 days. But in some cases it might take 12-15 working days, in such cases we proactively call/ email the customer to inform the status of their product in transit. Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?

No. At this point we are unable to offer overnight or expedited delivery service.

How Is My Order Shipped?

All Cle & Co orders are shipped door to door, via reputed third-party delivery providers, India to your provided shipping address.

Will Everything Ship Together?

Yes, whatever is in stock will be shipped together.

Can I Ship Different Items In My Order To Different Shipping Addresses?

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.

Can My Order Ship To A Post Office Box?

No. Since we offer door to door deliveries through our shipping partners therefore you must include full address details including a street address for the shipping address.

Do you provide free shipping?

Yes WE PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order on our Order Tracking page. If you do not have a tracking number or delivery confirmation number, please contact us.

Billing & Payments What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Citibank Maestro Debit Cards (an online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway). If you have an Indian bank account, you can also transfer your payment directly to us using our payment gateway's net banking facility.

How Can I Modify My Order?

You can modify your order at any time during the shopping process by editing / modifying your shopping cart. Once you confirm payment for the items in your shopping cart, the order is considered as final and cannot be modified.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

Once you confirm payment of your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. You will need to contact us on care@cleandco.com within 10 hours of placing your order for us to be able to confirm this cancellation. In case we have already processed your order you will be advised that the cancellation is not possible. As we aim to maintain quick turnaround times on our order processing, dispatch and deliveries, we may not be able to support your request unless it is received within the stipulated time frame. Cancellations are solely at the discretion of Cle & Co.

Returns & Exchanges What Is Your Return Policy?

  1. Returns of goods will be accepted only for Damaged/Defective products.
  2. Replacement shall be considered only if the damage/defect is reported to us with photographic evidence in writing within 2 working days from the receipt of product.
  3. Refund will be provided in case replacement for the same product is not available.
  4. We normally process the refund in 5-6 days from the date of receipt of material at our end.

When Will I Receive A Refund For My Returned Products?

All credits will be issued only to the credit/debit card used for making the original purchase. Once we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your credit and send you an email confirmation with 3-4 working days. Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit/debit card statement.

How Do I Exchange An Item?

We do not have an option of exchanging an item. Product once received in good quality cannot be returned for exchange.

Gift Services Can I Have The Product Gift Wrapped?

In the future we hope to offer this service.
