Returns


Cle & Co. endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products, which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

All our products are handmade by experienced craftsmen/artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products, which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package.

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at care@cleandco.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image(s) of the item at care@cleandco.com

Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hrs of delivery.

Exchanges
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team within 48 hours after you receive the order for prompt resolution.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
